Our records show that a full refund for the alteration/item was successfully processed on January 16th, 2026. Regarding the exchange, although the request was made past our standard deadline, we offered an exception and extended the timeline for you.
We followed up multiple times to secure your confirmation for the exchange; however, we did not receive a response or the necessary confirmation to move forward until two weeks after that extension had passed.
